HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1WFS Partner purchases inventory from the supplier on behalf of the client. We pay 100% of the purchase price.

STEP 2WFS Partner immediately re-sells the product to the client at a mark-up, creating an Accounts Receivable. This is listed as a trade payable on the client's balance sheet; not debt.

STEP 3Client pays WFS Partner the purchase price and the mark up at a mutually agreed upon date.
